Our membership programme is designed to help businesses and organisations who lack knowledge, skills, confidence or infrastructure to effectively identify and support mental health in the workplace on an ongoing basis.
Bronze Membership
A full Mental Health MOT will be conducted to begin your bronze membership, this will be bespoke to your business. We will review your policies, culture, MHFAiders, how you increase knowledge on mental health and how you measure impact.
We will also speak to your employees about how confident they feel speaking about mental health and gain feedback. On completion of this thorough process we will highlight what you are doing right, areas of good practice and what impact this is having. We will also write recommendations on areas of improvement and suggested solutions that can help your business or organisation giving you a 'route map to improvement.'

Silver Membership
You get all of the benefits of the bronze membership with the additional benefit of monthly coaching and tailored workshops focused on supporting you towards your ‘route map for improvement’.
Coaching and mentoring will be available online or face to face with specific employees to support your growth as a mentally healthy business or organisation. This may be supporting in the design of new policies or creating a method for recording MHFAid conversations confidentially. Together we will work on a series of short training sessions / workshops that can be delivered each month, the topic and length of training would be agreed with you.
